About to Close

Before you close, if the seller has agreed to enact some of the solutions identified in your Buyer’s Inspection, our focused Re-inspection will help you finish the home-buying process correctly. This inspection from District Home Pro provides verification that the work agreed upon in your contract has been done – and done correctly! At Re-inspection time, we return to the property before closing and evaluate each line-item solution that you requested based on the previous inspection. We examine each area and document whether repairs were performed correctly. We also ensure that nothing was damaged in the process.

Why Use District Home Pro?

We understand the overall health of the home, including signs of past structural problems, on-going safety risks and—sometimes—health concerns for the prospective occupants. Our inspectors take the time to teach you the things you need to know before making big decisions and in doing so, they help ease the stress of home buying.
